Course FAQ

To make a group booking, visit the group booking course page.
Enter the number of enrollees you would like to signup for the course and checkout. After payment has been submitted you will receive a coupon code for each enrollee.

Your enrollee can then visit the instant access course page enter their coupon at the checkout for instant access to the course.

If you have been provided a coupon to gain access to an online course, visit the instant access course page. Add this item to your cart and proceed to the checkout to create your account and enroll in the course. Enter your coupon at checkout to gain free aceess.

Once you have signed up, look out for login details in your email inbox!
(don’t forget to check your spam folder if you have trouble finding it).

Once logged into your account, visit the “My Courses” page to get started.

To receive your course certificate of completion, please ensure:

• You have completed all quiz questions
• Mark all lessons as “Completed” before moving to your next lesson
  (including introduction lessons)

Once complete, you will have access to download your certificate from the course page. If you have completed all quiz items, marked all lessons complete and still cannot find your certificate, please contact us.
